Julia Boulter
Julia Boulter is a mixed-methods UX and design researcher with expertise in digital health, health informatics, and human-computer interaction (HCI). She specializes in qualitative, design, and participatory research methods to envision and create impactful technologies. In her PhD research at the University of Washington Information School, she explored how integrating youths’ stories into digital health tools can empower youth with chronic illnesses to manage their healthcare and life needs. She also holds an MS in Information Science from UW and a BS in Computer Science from Siena College.
